Senior Marketing Manager
Kindred Analytics · Phnom Penh, Cambodia
About the role
Join Kindred Analytics as a Senior Marketing Manager in Phnom Penh and run growth campaigns that bring our story to candidates and customers across the region.
Job description
Kindred Analytics is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We're a growing organisation in our space and the next person in this seat will help us scale how we serve customers across the region.
You'll plan and run campaigns that bring qualified people into the funnel and turn them into engaged customers. We measure marketing on real business outcomes — leads, activations, retained users — not vanity metrics.
This role is fully remote. You'll partner closely with product, design, sales, and external creative agencies and report into the relevant team lead. We move fast, give people real ownership, and keep the bureaucracy low — if that sounds like the kind of environment you do your best work in, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Plan, brief, and run multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, search, and content.
- Own the editorial calendar and ship content that ranks, converts, and earns trust.
- Set up and maintain analytics so we can measure each campaign on revenue, not impressions.
- Partner with product to launch new features with copy, landing pages, and lifecycle emails.
- Test and learn weekly — you treat marketing as an experiment loop, not a set-and-forget plan.
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and external partners.
What you'll need
- 4+ years of marketing experience at a B2B or consumer brand.
- Hands-on experience with at least one paid channel (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and one CRM/ESP.
- Strong writer; you can take a brief and produce copy that sounds like a person, not a brochure.
- Comfortable in a spreadsheet — you can model a funnel and defend your CAC and LTV maths.
- Self-starter who plans the work, ships it, and reports results without being chased.
Perks & benefits
- Competitive base salary benchmarked to local senior market rates
- Mentorship from senior leaders across the business
- Paid parental leave of 16 weeks for primary carers
- Generous paid leave plus all public holidays observed in your country
- Quarterly home-office and equipment top-up
