Job description

Pioneer Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to join the team in Doha, Qatar. We're a growing organisation in our space and the next person in this seat will help us scale how we serve customers across the region.

You'll join our clinical/health team to deliver high-quality care or research at scale. This role sits at the intersection of clinical excellence and operational rigour, and you'll partner closely with both clinicians and the wider business.

This role is a full-time, on-site or hybrid arrangement. You'll partner closely with clinical teams, regulatory affairs, and operations and report into the relevant team lead. What you'll do

  • Deliver day-to-day clinical or research work to the standard expected of the role.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records that meet local regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Partner with operations on capacity planning, scheduling, and patient/participant flow.
  • Identify quality issues and lead the response, including root-cause analysis.
  • Mentor more junior team members through case reviews and structured feedback.
  • Stay current on relevant clinical guidelines and continuing professional development.

What you'll need

  • Relevant clinical qualification and registration with the appropriate national body.
  • 3+ years of post-qualification experience in the field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including with non-clinical colleagues.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and modern clinical tooling.
  • Demonstrable commitment to ethical practice and patient/participant safety.
